Interpreting Service Fees

Rates subject to change due to conditions such as weekends, holidays, after hours, etc.

Legal

   Service Fees:

  • $125.00- per interpreter, per hour

    • (minimum 2 hours)

  • $31.25- per quarter hour

    • (after the minimum 2 hours)

  Cancellation fees:

  • $250.00- minimum cancellation fee

    • (or cancellations without 24 hour notice)

  • $200.00- minimum charge for on-site cancellations or client no-shows  

    • (or total scheduled time, whichever is greater)

Emergency request:

  • $300.00- less than 24 hour request

    • (minimum of 2 hours)

Corporate/Governmental/Medical

Service Fees:

  • $95.00- per interpreter, per hour

    • (minimum 2 hours)

  •  $21.25- per quarter hour

    • (after the minimum 2 hours)

CANCELLATION FEES:

  • $190.00- minimum cancellation fee

    • (or cancellations without 24 hour notice)

  • $190.00- minimum charge for on-site cancellations or client no-shows  

    • (or total scheduled time, whichever is greater)

EMERGENCY REQUEST:

  • $300.00- less than 24 hour request

    • (minimum of 2 hours)

VIDEO INTERPRETING

SERVICE FEES:

  • $95.00- per hour

    • (minimum of 1 hour)
